Business Development manager
We are a Background check firm based in Mumbai and looking for sales /business development executive who can work from home.

Job description:

Cold calling the companies and enquiring about the services
convincing them to conduct employee background verification
fixing appointments and closing the deal

Salary: upto 3 lacs p.a. or commission basis
Experience: minimum 2 years in sales
Should have good communication skills

Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for executing HR activities for employees across various functions, including manufacturing, design, procurement, inventory management, production, marketing, accounts, and facilities. The person will work closely with the HR Head based in Mumbai and ensure smooth HR operations at the Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires across all functions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding processes.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
• Facilitate disciplinary processes and support conflict resolution.

Training & Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing training programs for both manufacturing and corporate staff.
• Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Conduct periodic HR feedback sessions with employees.

Performance Management & HR Support

• Support execution of performance review processes and appraisals.
• Assist managers with goal-setting and performance tracking.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and initiatives from the Head Office.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance in India.
• Experience managing HR activities for both blue-collar and corporate employees.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with a remote HR team and manage local HR execution.

Package: 3 to 4 LPA

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Samichettipalayam, Coimbatore.

Key Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in panel wiring.

Location: Samichettipalayam, Coimbatore
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
